Ritz Acapulco

This hotel is cheap for an all-inclusive hotel in city that get's lots of US tourism. Good location at the center of the bay, rooms are okay if a bit dated, but let's be serious, who's gonna stay at their room when they can have cocktails at the beach and a buffet all day long?

People here are very friendly ! Due to COVID 19 most of the activities like volleyball and soccer were cancelled, I’ve visited this place for couple years and I would definitely recommend it . Speaking about the service , Agripino is one of the most hardworking waiters you could ever met.

The rooms are stark but spacious. The hotel is very clean and so is the beach and outdoor areas. The food is just passable. The staff is fabulous. We would return but eat most meals outside of the restaurant.

It's a hotel with all inclusive concept. It's very comfortable, accessible, and the guest support is very good. All the personal is very servicial, kind, attentive and pending for the needs of the clients. Only the meal is not the best although is not bad. All time was almost excellent. I recommend that entirely

the place is great for a quick trip great service close to the beach the buffet they have has a lot of options but the taste is some dishes is a bit general the all inclusive is great national drinks and family oriented as well the instalations have seen better days but over all a good option

First time visiting Acapulco I purchased 7 days all inclusive at Ritz Acapulco. Ocean view room. Fantastic view. The staff is so friendly. Absolutely loved their service. Very warm and welcoming. Rooms are in good condition and very clean. I just love the view from my balcony. I could sleep with the sound of the waves, so soothing. The food is what I will visit Ritz Acapulco for. Every day different menu for Lunch and Dinner. Unlimited food and the quality of food is excellent. Pino was serving our table and he was very nice friendly and helpful. Food is just great with all varieties of cuisines. There are activities throughout the day including kayaking, beach volleyball, aqua aerobics and live show in the evening and live band performing in the evening. Highly recommend to visit this place for excellent service and great food. Worth every dime. My family enjoyed the stay and will plan a trip again just for the food and the friendly service of the staff.

COVID mode: Excellent system of cleaning, social distance and keeping the service and the great flavor in the buffet. The room view, the food, the management of the restaurant, the installations, the activities, the night shows and the service was WONDERFUL, but here some points: 1. If you are going to use the kayak you will carry yours ALONE, so be carefull because you need condition and good shoes to carry it without take any damage. 2. The clean of the rooms are basic, so if you came into your room with beach sand, well, it will stay there until you are gone. 3. Sometimes the bar service at the beach is slow or even there is no one. So you have to get your drinks but they deserver it, they are soo delicious!! 4. Just one of 25 dishes the flavour was horrible. But it was fast forgotten with all the italian, japanese, mexican food they served, awesome flavours.

This hotel's glory days went a long time ago. But currently it is a good option to stay for a 4-5 days hollidays in Acapulco. Restaurant food is excellent. You migth be impressed for the neighborhood abandoned buildinds next to this hotel. All staff has good attitude.
